BRASILIA - In the current moment that thousands of Brazilian workers try to keep the job, accepting a reduction in journey to work and wages, the federal public servants win better working conditions. The Lula government included among the 325 articles of the Provisional Measure 441, which adjusted wages of part of their careers, changes in the Legal Regime of the civil Single, adding another advantage for the category.

Now, any server can license to make Masters (two years) or doctoral (up to four years), in Brazil or abroad, receiving the full salary, including holiday pay and 13.

Valid as long service

The government also pledged in HB 441, the license for master or doctoral count as service time for retirement. The change in law to crack open that this occurs even when the server chooses to depart without pay when the course is not of interest to the body.
